LE Barillon - Avrieux
2 cottages in the house and an apartment rented out for the year. Gite on one level including a living room-lounge kitchen area (a convertible sofa with memory foam mattress), Bluetooth television with radio, a bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm with memory foam mattress), a bathroom water with WC (multi-jet shower). Laundry room: combined washing machine / dryer and private freezer. Private terrace with fenced garden. This family house is ideally located at the foot of several family ski resorts as well as the Vanoise National Park. The bedroom opens onto a large wooden terrace and a magnificent garden with a pond, designed and furnished with great care and taste.
