Amazing home in Hr-52215 Vodnjan

This comfortable vacation home is located on a beautiful estate near the island of Brijuni. It is surrounded by century-old olive trees and vineyards.



The location is suitable for walks and a good base for bike rides. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The house is equipped with all comforts, each room has its TV, air conditioning and in the living room is also a large fireplace. The courtyard is enclosed with traditional stone walls and the salt water swimming pool is equipped with a waterfall and hydro massage. The pool is also heatable. The outdoor lighting will conjure up a relaxing ambiance for you in the evening hours. Spend the evening hours preparing culinary delights on the grill or with a glass of homemade wine, e.g. from the homeowner.



The house is about 10 minutes away from the famous resorts of Rovinj, Pula or Porec. Explore the surroundings and enjoy the extensive entertainment program of Istria during the summer months. CIL056, CIL057, CIL058 and CIL059 have a shared playground with a seesaw, swings, playhouse, slide, table tennis, table soccer, billiards and darts.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sauber, modern und ruhig gelegen. Für Familie mit Kindern wunderbar geeignet, da es viele Spielmöglichkeiten gibt. Der nächste Einkauf nur 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, zum Mittelmeer etwa 15 min. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Selbst bei Regen oder starker Sonneneinstrahlung kann man sich im überdachten Freizeitbereich wunderbar bei Dart, Billiard, Tischtennis oder Tischfussball entspannen. Die hofeigenen Produkte (Weine, Öle, Schnäpse und Liköre) sind zudem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub, es hatte an nichts gefehlt sehr nette, hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter waren zur Stelle wenn man etwas gebraucht hatte. Ebenso sehr schmackhaft für die Abende waren die verschiedenen Weine, Liköre und Schnäpse aus eigener Produktion, sowie die leckeren Öle die das leibliche Wohl ergänzt haben. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder !
