There are plenty of sights in the vicinity, such as the royal castle in Gråsten. Also visit the small town of Sønderborg with its many nice stores, a cozy pedestrian zone and good restaurants. The Flensburg Fjord offers not only good fishing, but also wonderful beaches for swimming.
