Entrance, living room-kitchen open onto a large terrace. 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 / 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. Ground. Private parking space. Contemporary chalet built in an eco-responsible way (photovoltaic and thermal solar panels, whitewashed wall). In a very quiet residential area on the edge of the forest. Warm and very bright interior thanks to the large bay windows. Beautiful panoramic terrace facing south with a view of the Granier and the Chambérien basin. Individual chalet located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park in the village of Saint-Jean-d'Arvey. Privileged location on the heights of Chambéry, 9 km from the city. Many family resorts nearby: Savoie Grand Revard at 12 km, Les Aillons Margeriaz at 24 km. First beach on Lake Bourget 18 km away. Hiking trails nearby.
