Tiled floors extend into a casual dining area, which includes a glass-topped table and four cushioned chairs below a contemporary light fixture. The open floorplan seamlessly connects the dining room and the sizeable kitchen. The kitchen has white appliances, ample cabinetry, and a tiled breakfast bar with saddle stools.

The master suite gives off a relaxed vibe. It has a king-size bed, handsome armoire with a TV for entertainment, and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. The bedroom’s private, en-suite bath has granite-topped vanities and a walk-in shower.
