AVAILABLE 2025-26 WINTER FOR A WEEK EACH MONTH! Vikki Beach is a hidden gem reminiscent of Key West, located in the heart of Naples, only 10 blocks to the white sandy beaches of Park Shore and is within an easy 10-15 minute walk or 3-5 minute drive. The entire property encompasses 3 bedrooms and 3 baths:

The Two bedroom two bath main home provides a King Bed and two twin beds which enjoy a large screened porch overlooking bistro lit backyard complete with fountains, barbecue grill, and fire pit. Tropical flora and fauna with all shell landscape create a truly relaxing beach experience.

A One bedroom one bath bungalow with private entrance and mainly outdoor living including shower and bathroom. The bedroom area is air conditioned/heated and enjoys a queen-size bed with OUTDOOR private shower, sink and toilet. The separation from main house offers a private respite for those who enjoy time together and apart. The “guest house” is perfect for the traveler who enjoys a get-a-way from television!

Within a short walk are Starbucks,Fresh Market, Saks off 5th Avenue, Big Lots, and Homegoods. A few more blocks bring you the sparkling waters of Naples Pristine Beaches to which a beach pass is provided. Should shopping prevail, the upscale Waterside Shops which include Saks Fifth Avenue, Pottery Barn, Gucci, Tiffany’s, and numerous restaurants offer luxury options and convenience. A 10-minute drive brings you to the quaint downtown shopping areas known as 5th Avenue and
Third Street South, The Naples Pier, boating and fishing from the Naples Dock as well as numerous other outdoor activities. Golf Courses both public and private are one of Naples top draws and during summer months offer favorable reciprocal memberships

The perfect place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vikki Beach! Outdoor spaces are graciously curated. Indoor spaces the same! Bocci ball, darts, and just hanging out outside and on the porch were definite highlights. Every space inside and out were picture worthy and loved browsing the eclectic art pieces. Bed was super comfy, so that’s a plus. Watching the Olympic inside while enjoying a cocktail or two was perfect. Beach access was doesn’t get any better. Best beach stretch around. Very close to our favorite eateries and grocery store. Sure we will be back again!!

We had a marvelous time at this property, everything you would want and if you enjoy cooking the kitchen was well supplied. the property was very clean and within short distance to shops, restaurants and Beach areas. The guest owner communicated well, we will definitely came back again!

So beautiful and unique!

Not like your average rental property. ALOT of love and care went into making this house a home. The backyard was especially gorgeous and the enclosed patio was perfect for relaxing on rainy days. Would definitely recommend!

In 2012, I purchased property in North Carolina, where I now spend time in the mountains and by the sea—truly the best of both worlds. I love nice things and creating beauty everywhere I look and incorporating comfort into my design. I’ve worked as a builder-designer at my Northern residence since 2015.

Why they chose this property

I selected this home as my Naples residence after purchasing in North Carolina. I realized after purchasing a cottage in the mountains how much I enjoyed living in a smaller space than my former 3000+ square foot home, so I sold it and moved to this home. It offers a FABULOUS location, in a quiet “local” community where I can walk, bike, or drive to see the best show in town every evening—-The Naples Sunset!
