Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with dinette and TV. You have access to the 12 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds. You have access to the 12 sqm, covered terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, (appropriate only for children) and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Muntić. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
