Awesome vacation house!

Our home away from home during our family vacation to Destin! The property was clean and as pictured with lots of details that catered to our needs. It was a short walk to beach and the home owner was very friendly and communicated everything we needed to know to enjoy the most out of our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Everyone enjoyed their stay. No major complaints that I can recall.

Big, clean, lots of space to get away as well as spend time as a group. The pool is nice and large and has all the amenities for grilling, playing and lounging. Pool light was not working and there needs to be additional outside security lighting. Driveway had no working exterior lighting. (these are minor and should not take anything away from this great vacation home. Our kids are beach crazy, but wife and I and some friends are planning on scheduling your home in north Ga.

Family vacay

Check in was an easy process and the owner actually let us in several hours early as the property was cleaned early. The house was basically as described in the listing except the pictures make you think the two bedrooms with king beds only, are bigger than they actually are. The king beds take up the entire rooms which make it difficult for multiple people to stay in each room. The space would probably be better served with queen or full bunks instead. Also, it seems that one of the king beds did not have clean sheets as the bed was full of sand when unmade for sleep the first night. The two master bedrooms were fantastic though with plenty of room in both. The outside of the house could use some sprucing up, as we were concerned what the inside would be upon arrival and seeing the outside. We were def pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The size of the pool was fantastic. However, it was not clean upon arrival. The owner quickly responded and had the pool guy out there asap to take care of it. I do not recommend paying for the pool to be heated. I paid an extra $200 and I do not feel it was heated at all. We froze in it, and when I sent a msg via Vrbo about it, the owner did not respond. The neighborhood is fabulous and the walk to the beach is perfect, with private deeded beach for the neighborhood. I would definitely stay in the neighborhood again.

Family Vacation

We were able to spend the week with our adult children and grandchildren at Serene Breeze. There were 10 of us, 8 adults and 2 children and the home was perfect for us . We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was super easy
