About this property

This penthouse condo has all the features you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. The penthouse, with 11-foot ceilings and large windows provides a light and open environment with views of both the Gulf and back bays that will take your breath away. Watch the sun set over the Gulf with a glass of wine while soaking in your tub or from your spacious lanai.
A heated pool equipped open tables, lounge chairs and nearby gas grills, overlooks a view of boats cruising in the back bays. Tennis, pickle- ball and a fitness center will get you moving after a leisure day in the sun.
Security gates with an enclosed garage for your car and or bikes with additional outside parking for guests is included. Free beach-access parking, dedicated to Waterside guests, is located directly across the street from the Gulf. But it is a pleasant sidewalk stroll for those who desire to get to the beach on foot. This unit has a great kitchen with all the comforts of home. Voice activated cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms, WIFI for your personal computer, full laundry room, and trash disposal shoot on your floor,, will add to your comfort and convenience. Both bathrooms provide spacious walk-in showers and the master has a large soaking tub overlooking the Gulf.
Excellent restaurants including Diamond Head resort, (with fabulous Gulf views from both indoor and outdoor dining), Fresh Catch, (excellent Seafood) and Junkaroos, ( fun outdoor bar) at the Marina are just down the street and many more scheduled to open this year. Publix, full-service Grocery, wine and beer sales, bakery, and pharmacy are just 2 miles away. The Gulf's inviting. beauty welcomes you.

A view and a Penthouse to die for!

If we could just live here permanently, we would. The grounds, pool, building and condo are excellent. The condo itself is gorgeous, has an AMAZING view, and it is in terrific shape. Very nice inside. Fast internet. Big HD TV. All the amenities. We loved our stay, and the owners and their caretaker are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. If you’re used to living well, this condo will not disappoint. Plus, it’s gaurd-gated and super-close to sugar sand beaches. We would 100% stay here again!
