Top floor unit with amazing views of the Gulf from the living room and the bay from the kitchen. Beautiful freshly updated North end beachfront condo on Estero Island Beach Villas. Hear the waves from the Master Bedroom and watch sunsets on the enclosed Lanai. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and lanai patio entrance. The Guest bedroom has two full-sized beds and its own bathroom with walk-in shower and sunrise. Brand new Samsung HD Smart TV for Netflix, HULU, Roku or Chromecast with a SONOS soundbar that has ALEXA built-in for TV/CABLE/AIR Conditioning controls. Washer and dryer in unit and an updated kitchen fully stocked with new coffee pot, blender, pots, pans and almost anything you need to make your trip perfect. We are located next door to the Pink Shell Resort, which offers restaurants, sundries, spa and water sport rentals right next door on the beach. Fishing charters are also available literally across the street! Don't settle for anything less than being right on the beach with excellent amenities.

Lovely, but

Balcony overlooking beach was great. Unit was as pictured. Convenient 20 minute beach walk to restaurants. However the instructions to enter property were wrong. Luckily could contact person to get correct instructions to enter. No instructions in unit. (TV uses xfinity, but remote in living room was not xfinity. Bring your tv streaming passwords since they are smart tvs.) Usually vrbo units have recommendations, but this didn't have anything to acclimate us. Not worth extra money to be on "penthouse" floor. Our early AM departure was complicated since elevators only worked to go "down" and we had trash, luggage and needed to also go "up" to get another load. Possibly this setup is for security at night, but warn us.

Fantastic Florida getaway!!!

Loved staying at this beautiful condo - the view was amazing, easy access to the beach, the unit was very clean and it had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Staycation

This condo was perfectly located on Fort Meyers Beach. It is 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants. There are jet skis to rent, but the other water sport items are for Pink Shell guests only. As for the condo itself...absolutely perfect! Super-clean and has everything you could possibly need. Chuck is quick to respond to any questions you might have. The free streaming services really came in handy when it was raining.

We had an amazing time in Fort Myers Beach. The unit was gorgeous. Perfectly situated at the end of the island. This time of year it was so quiet-we had the beach to ourselves. Chuck thought of everything-we didn't need a thing during our stay. We can't wait to vacation here again.
