Enjoy the fountains and ponds that run throughout this lovely gated community.
Comfortable, quiet, fully equipped, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in quiet back part of complex. There are no stairs allowing easy access. Only one attached side wall with no one above makes this a quiet private condo. Covered parking space in front of condo. Lovely private patio in back with views of trees and mountains.

Beautifully landscaped level gated grounds with guard on duty from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for increased security. Gate card access. Enjoy leisurely walks or work out in the community fitness room. Two pools, one with spa, available for guests. Tennis court and volleyball court also available for your enjoyment.

Everything needed for meal preparation is provided. Towels and bedding are also provided. There is a full sized washer and dryer in condo.

Many shops and restaurants within 3 miles of condo including the upscale El Paseo shopping district. Condo is one block from Indian Wells border and 3.5 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Center.

Enjoy the many golf courses that the area has to offer including a grass driving range just across the main street.
