This spacious three bedroom two and a half bath condo has plenty of room for your family to spread out. A dual-master floorplan allows privacy for two of the suites, while the third bedroom is better used as a den, guest room, or office.

The master has a king bed, desk, recliner, TV, DVD Player, and DVR cable box, as well as a deep soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower
The second master has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed.
Both masters have spacious walk-in closets.

Close to shopping, great restaurants, over 50+ golf courses, theater and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions. Renters have free access to tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest. Guests may play golf for a reduced fee.

Street parking is only allowed for 24 hours before security will start leaving notes followed by fines. Please ONLY park in the driveway (space for 2 cars) or garage (space for 1-2 cars if you give us advance notice)
