The lanai overlooks the pool area and has outdoor seating to enjoy partial views of the gulf. Only steps to white sandy beach.
Includes, W/D, DW, Cable TV, Wifi & Internet. and (1) uncovered assigned parking space.
*Required Condo. Association Application To Be Completed At Time Of Reservation Booking. Tenant To Pay Application Fee Cost $150.00

Excellent location and amenities

This was our second year staying in this condo and it is always a wonderful stay. The kitchen and dining room have plenty of cookware; there are so many beach towels and regular towels, and the beds are comfortable. We've never used the pull out couch, but it's there. It only allows 6 people per the condo association. Dave, the manager, is wonderful and super helpful. The pool is always sparkling clean and the beach access is excellent. We look forward to staying again.
