The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The view and location were fantastic and my family enjoyed the pool and the awesome private beach, as well as the other beaches within walking and short driving distances. Communication was all very clear. We highly recommend this condo.

This condo was perfect for our family! The property managers helped us not just with the condo but the area, our excursions, all with kindness. HIGHLY recommend!

Great communication with the owners. There were a couple of issues that weren't major but stopped me from giving it a 5. First issue was the hot water was hard to use. It would dribble out of the taps and shower. They tried to fix it but it did not improve during our stay. Second, the BBQ had broken knobs made it hard to use. I don't believe that was the owners fault a previous renter clearly broke them and did not tell them. Other than those great location and apartment.

Thank you for communicating with us about those issues and wish we could have improved the water pressure while you were there. We have dismantled all of the faucets, cleaned them out ( calcium build up is a problem here) and the pressure has improved. You are correct about the knobs on the grill!

We moved to Costa Rica 10 years ago from North Carolina and love our little slice of paradise. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do and will be available to assist with your travel plans, tours, shuttles, golf cart rentals, restaurant recommendations and whatever you need. We are very accessible and more than happy to help you while staying at this beautiful property. We live close by and own Amigos Tacos Y Beer which is very close to the condo! Stop by and say hello. It's a very safe area and surrounded with Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches! We have no regrets moving here and know you will love it as much as we do.

Staying at Punta Plata 513 is safe, clean, well maintained, well furnished offered at reasonable rates. You're staying in the beautiful quiet town of Flamingo and very close to the prettiest beaches on the Pacific coast. It's only 1 hour from the Liberia airport, so kick back & relax ! If you need a shuttle and want to rent a golf cart to cruise around, just ask your host to assist.
