Comfy house but
The owners were very nice people but simply overwhelmed with the process. I believe they once had an assistant that helped them on VBRO that quit. We could not get the host to respond to our messages and we had no check in instructions until we called VBRO HQ at 5 pm the actual day of check in. The bottom knob on the front door was still locked when we arrived and we had to call again for a key. The back yard was nothing but a bare muddy pit. There were no extra paper towels and no tissues and no soap or shampoo. No sugar or creamer or oil or spices other than salt and pepper. And even though WiFi was advertised there was no WiFi—after we had spent one night there we called and the owner said they canceled it. The house itself was comfy—however the AC is set on 72 and they warn you not to lower it or or will freeze—and the back bedrooms would not get very cool. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large and the appliances worked fine. I think if the owner gets some help in working the process this would be a nice place. But not until then. FYI VBRO was very helpful in getting us into the property.
