This studio is very compact and pretty basic - basically a hotel room with a kitchen. But if that is what you are looking for (and we were) it is terrific. Easy first floor access, easy parking, very clean, everything in the unit felt new or well tended. Communication with host was easy and excellent.
Convenient location close to shops. The unit was clean and comfortable. First floor with parking adjacent was nice. Very quite complex. Gym and pool were well maintained.
Great Location, Quiet, secure. All was good until last day when we found cockroaches in the apartment. Left as soon as we could. Informed management and they responded quickly.
The studio is clean, albeit older, quiet, and conveniently located. Lots of dining options very close by. The check in and out and communication made the stay easy.
Overall, very comfortable, clean and nice. Easy parking with a studio home type feel. There were some loud people at 2 am as it’s a condo style and you hear everyone easily.
This was a great place for my wife and I to stay while on our ski vacation. There is a nice hot tub to relax after a long day of skiing. This place is located in the heart of downtown SLC about 1.5 miles from all of the restaurants we love eating at. Very nice place and great location making this our best stay in SLC yet. We would definitely recommend this place. The property manager is very quick to respond and was very helpful with any inquiries we had.
Super nice apt in convenient and safe neighbourhood
Stayed for 3 nights for my daughter's volleyball tournament at SLC convention center.and had great experience. It is about 5 minutes of Uber drive and no traffic during our stay. It is very close to restaurants (Noodles Company, Chipotle, a Thai Restaurant just across the street) and grocery shoppings (whole foods, sprouts, Trader Joes are all in walkable distance). Apt has stocked everything I need for breakfast cooking. The host is very communicative and responded quickly on the questions about shopping recommendation etc. We feel safe around surroundings. I would stay the same place if we were to go to play in SLC again.
As I looked for pricing on hotels it was outrageous knowing I would have to pay a ton for somewhere I was basically going to sleep and shower. I was so glad to come across this listing pricing and location wise. It was the perfect location to utilize TRAX, incredibly clean, comfortable bed and pillows and very close to affordable food options. I highly recommend this for others to stay! Thank you guys!
This experience for my first time with you is grateful. All services like business places, bus transportation, train close to the location. Quiet all the time.
Used this unit for skiing at Park City. Easy 25 minute drive. Restaurants and Whole Foods nearby. Plenty of parking. Door code changes with each visit. Amazon Prime channels on TV. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Bed is comfortable. Unit on first floor = no stairs. Will definitely return for future visits.
The studio was exactly as represented, lots of amenities, but I didn’t use them. The bed was comfortable and AC worked so well I had to turn the temperature up so I wouldn’t freeze! The apartment is downtown and right off the TRAX line. Restaurants and stores nearby. Parking right outside the apartment. All in all a good stay!

Great location near many good restaurants withing walking distance. Not having a contact/service on site was definitely a negative here. We were missing a lot of basic amenities and every request took much time to respond and deliver.

I should start by noting that this host has multiple units in this complex, so there’s a chance you won’t be staying in the same space I did (building 13). Upon arrival, the neighbors’ two dogs were barking loudly and continuously—for hours—and it didn’t stop for the entire six days I was there. The walls are quite thin, and the noise was honestly so awful and stressful. When I brought this up to the host, I found it odd that he claimed it was the first time he’d ever heard of the issue, especially since the neighbors (and their dogs) clearly live there full-time.
Throughout my communication with the host, I often felt like he was just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear to brush me off, which wasn’t helpful. The unit also didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned—there were long hairs all over, and I even found a small piece of glass beside the bed that ended up stuck in my foot.
On top of that, when it came time to check out, I received a long list of chores: run the dishwasher, take out the garbage, do laundry, etc. The hot tub was also closed when I arrived, which was disappointing.
Despite all this, I still enjoyed my time—outside the unit—because it’s a great location. But the most frustrating part was that, after all the noise and issues, the host voluntarily offered a refund for one night’s stay. I didn’t ask for it—he brought it up. And yet, nearly three weeks later, he’s continued to message me vague reassurances with no sign of actually issuing the refund.
Have stayed in this complex several times before. It’s clean, studios have full kitchen, convenient location to the U and downtown. You are in an apartment complex so if you are looking for complete silence this would not be for you.
Very much enjoyed the convenience of this clean, well-appointed condo with easy parking and a great location to coffee shops, Trolley Square (including Whole Foods), and the downtown area. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Mark was very attentive in communicating with us via text and we are sad we missed meeting up in person. The unit was very clean and a comfortable bachelor type unit with a large comfortable bed. It was perfect for our stay in SLC and convenient to every thing we wanted to see (Temple Square, Eccles Theatre, the Capital, restaurants). We also took road trips to Salt Lake and Promontory Summit. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the property management team was polite. Unfortunately it was a holiday when we had a slight issue with the payment machine for laundry. Not a big deal. We would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed here in preparation for a surgery I was having the next day at University Hospital, which was only 9 minutes away. We had no trouble at all and really enjoyed the apartment. It’s perfect for Netflix and chill in bed! We did not have a chance to check out the amenities (pool, gym, laundry) but we’re 100% satisfied and would recommend this property!

studio apartment near Rice Eccles
Great studio unit within walking distance of Rice Eccles Stadium. Not recommended for more than 2 adults. Pool was nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
This studio is conveniently located and in walking distance of several grocery stores and shops. Quiet complex, nice amenities. I would definitely return when visiting son at U of U!
