Cozy little place. Super close to a city bike rack, but also easily walkable to downtown. I would recommend it if you’re okay with a smaller space.

This place is absolutely the cutest! The few issues we had were immediately taken care of by the owner, who was so fast to respond. We are grateful for the prompt and easy communication. They know what they are doing and it shows. I am grateful for the experience.

The apartment is small, bright, modern, and clean. The kitchen was FULLY stocked - arguably the best part of the space. We were there over a weekend and found the neighborhood to be quiet and charming for being so close to downtown.We travelled as a family with our teenage daughter and a friend. The bedroom and bathroom are tiny. The bathroom can only be accessed from inside the bedroom, with the only mirror in a shadowy corner (difficult for 3 girls to put on makeup and get ready for activities). The bedroom is tiny with a mattress that is so soft that it’s hard to roll over in bed. The futon in the living room was incredibly firm. The towels/linens were nice and clean, but there was only 1 washcloth/hand towel, plus 1 makeup cloth for a party of 4. To be fair, the listing mentioned towels but not washcloths. My biggest gripe was the lack of full disclosure about the parking. The listing states that parking onsite is available. While that is true, it is optional for a 10/night fee that is not disclosed until after you have booked and paid. Street parking is free but there is a 2-hr limit during business hours. The explanation of how to pay the extra fee within the app doesn’t work with the VRBO app, so after wasting at least 30 min trying to figure it out I had to ask the property manager to send me a request for payment - such a hassle. The garage spot is also tight with a low ceiling - our Hyundai Santa Fe just fit with mirrors pulled in.
