The Lakeview Cottage 10

Simple and straight-forward, this duplex cottage sits next to the pool at the Lakeview House. This cottage features a king-size bed, and a full size futon, kitchenette, dining table and bath with shower. It has wonderful views of the lake.

The space is a studio style cottage with a kitchenette, deck and beautiful views of the lake and steps away from the outdoor pool.

Weirs Beach is an area within the northern part of the city of Laconia in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. It is located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee.
Weirs Beach, or "The Weirs" as it is referred to by locals, is named for a wide, sandy, public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Adjacent to the beach and comprising the center of the village are a boulevard and boardwalk that run along a quarter mile stretch of Lakeside Ave.
The main summer port of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Company's MS Mount Washington is located on the boulevard. A large public dock is a popular stop for boaters on Lake Winnipesaukee.

The Weirs Beach area also contains the Winnipesaukee Playhouse, Funspot Family Fun Center, Mount Washington Cruises, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, Weirs Drive-In Theater, and Half Moon Amusement Arcades. There is always fun to be had at Weirs Beach.

We are within walking distance to the lake and other attractions around the weirs. We have onsite parking for guests.

Very disappointing

We stayed in one side of a Cabin, it smelled like mothballs. The bathroom was tiny and dingy. We could hear everything the people in the other half of the cabin said. The bed was very uncomfortable. The television had no cable, provided Prime, however the Internet did not work, therefore the TV did not work. We had no WiFi at all. We were hoping to watch a little of the Olympic Games, but that was not to be. We left 2 days early, would never stay there again. The property manager was very nice and embarrassed by the issues, surely not her fault.

We don’t use mothballs in any of our rooms ….and we have contacted our internet provider to assure our service. The internet went out due to inclement weather our apologies for that , all our TVs are brand new smart TVs, we will be revamping our network in the off season. Hope to see you in the future !

We had a fantastic view of the lake, an easy walk to the boardwalk and night life. Our only real complaint waa that the shower was horrible.
