Summary:

Sumptuous and new flat of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fully air-conditioned in a Haussmannian building, located in the luxurious district of the rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré

My tastefully decorated flat is modern, elegant, warm and fully equipped. A few steps away from the Place de la Madeleine and its church, you will be in the heart of the most important places in Paris (Concorde, Champs Elysées, Louvre Museum...). You will spend an ideal stay with your family or friends.



The Space:

120 m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator which includes:

- 3 bedrooms with double bed and a Tv screen

- 1 Living room with sofa, 1 coffee table, a dining table with 8 chairs

Smart TV, Wi-Fi

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)

- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet

- 1 bathroom with shower

- 1 bathroom with shower and washer-dryer)

- 1 separate toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

Location is wonderful! Everything was under a 40min walk or closer so we didn’t even need cabs. Nice having an office available with a staff to help. We were even able to leave our luggage there until check in. We didn’t receive correct lock box code at check in but, they responded via app within minutes with the correct code. Very glad we booked this place!

Nice location and unit

My family of five enjoyed our 4 night stay in this apartment. Location was great - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, close to the Metro. Short Metro ride to all the sites. Management was very helpful and the unit was clean and comfortable.

Unbeatable location! Gorgeous apartment.

We could not have chosen a better property. The location felt as though we were close to everything. Walking distance to every convenience. Restaurants and take-aways were a stones throw. Easy pickup location for Ubers and taxis. The property was perfection! Beautiful and extremely helpful managers. QUIET! We will definitely use this company again when visiting Paris.

We had quite a bit of difficulty checking in with the management company’s instructions. It took us over 30 minutes outside trying to get in. The instructions had a link in French showing a video of instructions Otherwise, the apartment was in a nice location, close to restaurants. Apartment was well furnish but a bit run down. Stains on some chairs and bed mattresses.

Beautiful & spacious apt in great Paris location!

The apartment was exactly as advertised - beautiful and clean accommodations in the perfect location. The apartment was nicely updated and spacious. There was only 1 set of keys so this was limiting for travel with two families. This required significant coordination if the two families were not doing the same activities. There was limited towels (bathroom and kitchen) and the kitchen did not have any basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.). This is not a problem as there are grocery stores nearby, but was unusual for a rental.

Location was fantastic. Easy to access and walkable to many shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment had three bedrooms and the bathroom situation was a little confusing. There was an en suite bathroom, but it did not have a toilet in it, just a sink and shower. There was a hall bathroom that did have a toilet sink and shower and then another bathroom that only had a shower and sink.If you’re looking for an apartment with a bedroom that has an en suite full bath, this one is not for you. There was a teeny tiny half bath in the foyer that has a toilet.The living space was very comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for what we expected. There was a washer that had a drying mode within it, but it took a very long time to actually dry the clothes. The unit was clean, and the host was very responsive. There were spots throughout where there was water damage/deterioration of the plaster, but overall the unit was fine. Beds were comfortable.
