Sublime new studio apartment (completion date 5 June 2023) located in the luxury district of rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement opposite the Elysée Palace and at the foot of the most beautiful shops in Paris.

My professionally decorated flat is modern, elegant, warm and fully equipped. Halfway between the Place de la Madeleine, the Concorde, the Louvre Museum and the Champs Elysées, you'll have an ideal stay with your family or friends.



The Space:

25m2 air-conditioned flat located on the 1st floor with lift, comprising:

- 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe

- Tv, Wifi

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer) and 1 dining area with table and chairs for 2 people

- 1 bathroom with shower

- 1 separate toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.



The Neighborhood:

Located in one of the most beautiful streets in Paris, 5 minutes walk from Concorde and the Champs Elysées,

Halfway between Place de la Madeleine and the famous Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.

You'll find plenty of luxury boutiques and restaurants.

10 minutes walk from the Place de l'Opera and the Galeries Lafayette department stores.

This district is known for its beautiful fashion boutiques, restaurants and bars

500m from the Tuileries Gardens, the Louvre Museum, the Orangerie Museum and the Decorative Arts Museum.

Above all, you will feel very safe throughout your trip.
