If you're looking for a vacation spot that is so close to the water's edge that you can smell the salt air, feel the ocean breeze, hear the waves and watch the sunrise from your own balcony.....THIS IS IT! BEach HAPPY is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo conveniently located on the 2nd floor at The Palms resort in Orange Beach. This unit features an open floor plan including a very large kitchen with seating for four around the island plus an eating bar that seats two. Recent updates include stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, and a well stocked kitchen. The LVP flooring extends throughout the entire condo with no carpet in any room.

The gulf front bedroom suite features a king bed, large closet, and updated private bath with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. Large sliding glass door with beautiful view of gulf without even lifting your head from your pillow! The first guest bedroom has two queen beds while the second guest bedroom has a set of queen-sized bunk beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has its own tv for the enjoyment of all.

The living room has comfortable seating with a 55" TV including DVR. Dining table seats six comfortably inside. The huge balcony also has dining for 6 plus a comfortable sitting area. This is a great place for afternoon naps, unless you prefer to relax on the beach or at the pool!

The resort amenities include large outdoor gulf side pool, indoor heated pool, tennis court, fitness room, and sauna. Onsite parking and two elevators in each building. ***The Palms is a non smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden in units or on balconies.

***Please call for monthly rate pricing December through March, only.

***Two parking passes are available for each arrival. Parking passes are $50.00 each and will be left in the unit on the bar in the kitchen. Please place the parking passes immediately, as security does actively check the premises.

*** The pool will be closed from October 23, 2023 - March 25, 2024.

*** Please note that the Palms is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project until the end of May 2024. The Tennis Court is closed until the end of April.

The condo was so clean. How wonderful to enter a clean condo after a long ride. Thank you. We had everything we needed and I just realized I left a muffin pan so hope others will enjoy it.👵. We were very disturbed about the construction work on the condo. We were not told about it before we made the reservation. The concrete dust coming down into the pool disturbed us. Our granddaughter and son-in-law have asthma so of course they could not use it. It was hard for all of us. We spoke to a very caring, understanding and helpful person from your office. She worked with us in a genuine manner and for this we are so very grateful. Wonderful PR. My Mother always said to leave a place better than you arrived. I do not believe this could be done this time. Thank you for your great help. GOD’S peace be with you.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had such a great vacation. Kitchen is very roomy and the island made meal prep easy. The pantry is such a wonderful bonus to store food out of sight. The balcony was amazing! So big with lots of seating. The walk to beach was so easy-down a short ramp and straight onto beach, no long steps. I feel like everything was as described. The building was nice and seemed well taken care of. This unit is in the left building-that was the only issue we encountered when we arrived was not realizing which side we should be on but that’s truly the only issue we had and it’s very minimal. We were traveling w a 2yo, 9yo and 11yo and everyone was happy. They have some games that kept people happy in down time-sorry sliders, uno, decks of cards. My only complaint would be that there was no toaster but kitchen is well stocked otherwise and we just used the oven. Would absolutely return, thanks for having us!
