Beachside of the road! No need to cross traffic. 1st floor of raised condo complex! Simply walk out the condo door, and down elevator (or take the stairs), straight to the beach or pool. You could also just relax inside and enjoy the 65 inch TV. Enjoy free WiFi. The kitchen has stainless kitchen appliances and all the items needed to help cook your meals. A slice of paradise awaits you at this beautiful beach side cozy condo. Our condo spaces invite you to grill & chill in public area by the pool, and of course feast your senses on the cool breezes, warm gulf waters, and sugar-white sand between your toes. Convenient restrooms in outside area near pool and steps from the beach (so no need to run back to condo for a bathroom break). You will also find an open shower to rinse of beach/pool items easily. This condo offers a first floor balcony indirect view (called a peak-a-boo view) of the beach which is just a few steps away. There is also a fresh seafood market across the street to grab and go! The condo is conveniently located 3 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores and 3 minutes to Orange Beach grocery stores.

ABOUT BEACH CHAIRS:
You are certainly welcome to bring your own beach chairs, tents, etc., but be aware of this - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE BEACH PAST SUNDOWN!! The city clears the beach every day starting about 30 minutes after sundown.

Chair and umbrella rentals are available, and you can reserve them in advance if you wish.

This was the perfect spot from the beach!! The elevator was out which was the only real downfall. As far as the condo it could use some furniture upgrades and balcony door did not lock.

My 3 buddies and I took a quick weekend trip from the New Orleans area, and this place was perfect. All you need plus more!

This was our second stay here. The condo is clean upon arrival. The 2 beds in one room is perfect for our family of 4. The couch can pull out, but we don’t use it. The A/C is cold, which who doesn’t want to crank that A/C up on vacation?!? Access to the beach and the pool is so easy! This year and last, our kids have made friends with others staying in the building. People are friendly and we always feel safe. The appliances are new and everything works correctly. The TV’s work and is a great extra to have after a long day at the beach. We love 107 and can’t say enough good things about it!

The first day there was a plumbing leak above the door when entering the room. The leak looked to be a yellow/brown color so it was a bit off putting. The leak continued/ wasn’t stopped until the 3rd day. I understand the leak was to no fault of the owner but when we told them about it they only brought us towels and a bucket and said “good luck”. I also asked for a later check out than 10am which I thought would be an easy trade off but was denied.

The condo was nicely furnished. Bedding was comfortable. It has a balcony that has a partial beach view. The kitchen was well-stocked with a dual coffee maker for drip coffee or pods. The beach was clean and not too crowded even in summer (we stayed Monday-Thursday so weekend may have been more crowded. There is a seafood market across the street with raw or noodled seafood options and lots of sides. The fula shrimp there were fresh and delicious! Hosts were responsive to communication. Overall, a very nice stay.

Beautiful condominium exactly as advertised. Nice pool, quiet complex and convenient access to a quiet beautiful beach. Added plus that it is near many beautiful walking and bicycling trails in the state park. We will definitely stay again!
