28-day minimum stay as per City Of Sanibel . Please note that 2 days at the end of each month may be blocked for housekeeping, however those dates are available for bookings that are more then 1 month and will be unblocked upon request When inquiring its best to begin the rental inquiry on the 1st day of the desired month for a period of at least 28 days in order to insure availability.
RVs, campers, motorcycles, boats are prohibited .
The speed limit in Gulf Pines is 15-20 MPH.
Occasionally although not very common you may spot a alligator in the lagoon Please do not approach or feed alligators. Use caution when walking pets near inland bodies of water.

Relaxing stay

Pleasant relaxing 7 week stay. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. One small issue but owner was very prompt in getting it resolved. Kitchen was adequately furnished.

Gorgeous Sanibel Island home

We can't say enough about our stay at this beautiful home! The private community offers so many amenities and the neighbors are very kind, helpful and friendly. The house was completely stocked with everything we could've wanted/needed. The pools and private beach area where heavenly! We can't wait to return to this slice of heaven next year. So happy that Sanibel Island is building back!
