Located in a quiet street, this modern 40m² apartment is fully equipped. Enjoy the convenience of being close to beaches, the city center, and the vibrant Liberation market, while residing in this chic neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. - The bright living room includes a convertible sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, providing direct access to our 60m² private garden.
Enjoy the sun loungers to relax outdoors while admiring the view of the hills of Nice.
Our apartment is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and the old town, and 2 km from the beach (25mn walk or 3 stations / 5 min by tram. You'll also find the Liberation Market nearby, as well as several supermarkets and tram stops.
