Located in a quiet street, this modern 40m² apartment is fully equipped. - The spacious bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ultra-comfortable mattress and a generous dressing room to store your belongings.

- The bright living room includes a convertible sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, providing direct access to our 60m² private garden.
Enjoy the sun loungers to relax outdoors while admiring the view of the hills of Nice.

Our apartment is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and the old town, and 2 km from the beach (25mn walk or 3 stations / 5 min by tram. You'll also find the Liberation Market nearby, as well as several supermarkets and tram stops.
