Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. The rental is in a great location - super close to the town center and the Hyline ferry dock. A nice place that easily slept our 4 adults and 1 baby. We had a few issues and the host was quick to respond and help out. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the check out process which I found very inconvenient. Otherwise the home is lovely, the host is helpful, and the location alone is enough reason to book this one again!

The house was in a great location - very easy to walk downtown. It was clean, well appointed. But note - there is NO hot tub onsite, even though the listing says there is. The hot tub is about .7 miles away at the Nantucket Club. It was misleading. But otherwise loved our stay.

This is our second time staying at this property because we love it so much! It’s very clean, well equipped, and walkable to town . The views of the harbor are beautiful! The beds are so comfortable and we feel right at home when we stay. The owner is great to work with, responsive, and helpful when we had to unexpectedly leave early due to a Nor’Easter hitting the island. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed staying at 15C Meader Street. House was very nice, clean, appointed. It was just far enough from downtown and yet close. We walked, took different streets to see more sights. The Wave bus stop was just right there as well. We spent some time on the beach just across the road.
