Heated swimming pool in season, with swimming against the current and COVERSE security system. Garden house with 3 bicycles and a kayak. Ground floor: Large dining room, with wood stove, bay windows opening onto terrace and garden, adjoining living room of 45m2, with also bay windows overlooking the garden, swimming pool, terrace, and overlooked by a terrace of 50m2, sea view (Ile aux Moines), accessible by an external staircase, American kitchen and back kitchen, a large bedroom with 180 bed and a small bedroom/office, with modular bed (80 or 160).
