Passer votre chemin

La maison est en très mauvais état, l’électroménager vétuste et le jardin impraticable ( plus de 1 m de haut de mauvaises herbes, accès impossible à la plancha). Pas de mobilier extérieur à part une vieille table rouille. Bref, à par son emplacement, passez votre chemine

Très moyen

Logement a la limite de L'insalubrité, murs moisis, peinture se décolle, odeur d'humidité bien présente . Appareils ménagers vétustes ( porte du four ferme avec un morceau de carton) .Table cuisine rouillée, Extérieur en friche, mobilier extérieur pitoyable. entrée voiture quasi inaccessible.
