About this property

4BR beach getaway steps away from the beach with community pool

Leave the stress behind. 2 minute walk to the beach, 30 second walk to the pool. Isle Time is a lovely, clean and family friendly beach house located within the Summer Place community of Ocean Isle Beach. Private Drive is a small loop with direct beach access across from the community entrance and its own community pool. The community is ideal for safely riding bicycles and evening strolls.

Our home is a bright and cheerful home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The main level offers a open living, dining and kitchen area, downstairs master bedroom with king size bed, bath and laundry room. The second floor has three bedrooms and three baths. Covered porches front and back and underneath provide shade and space for relaxing and enjoying ocean breezes.

**Linens are not provided. You will need to rent/supply linens including sheets and pillow cases along with towels. Blankets are provided in the home. We will recommend a few once booked.**

An outside shower, gas grill and free, secure Wi-Fi are included.

Use blower found in closet at the bottom of the stairs to blow any debris on pavement
Garbage collection is Monday night for trash/recycling and Thursday night for trash only
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not provide linens and towels or beach chairs, however we will give you great vendors to contact to ensure you have what you need

This place is wonderful - bright and beachy, with everything you need for a great trip! Very clean, kitchen was well supplied, every bedroom has its own bath, common areas were so comfortable and open to group enjoyment. Price was reasonable and host was super responsive. If ocean front is not available, you couldn't ask for a better option!

Very nice property with bathrooms in every bedroom. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with. Back porch awesome hangout for the night to listen to the waves...very short walk to beach and a community pool at the corner ...great rental!!

The mattresses need to either be rotated or changed...they are extremely worn and the property didn't seem as clean as the last time we rented. Maybe there has been a change in cleaning companies or maybe it was just a fluke but a deep clean especially in the kitchen is needed.

Great house and great location

House was great. Location was great. Just two houses to the pool and a very short walk to the beach with public beach access directly across the street. Rented bikes and made the short half mile trip several times to get coffee, shopping, putt putt, and Italian ice. Owner was very quick to answer any of our questions.

Great place for families!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative leading up to our trip. The house was clean and perfect for our group with 5 young kiddos. They had a gate for the bottom of the stairs that actually worked (if you’re a parent who’s stayed at rentals before you know this is rare!). The kitchen had everything we needed and more, also rare in rentals. The outdoor space was fabulous. The house was really close to the pool & the beach. We hope to come back soon!

Great family vacation house...with all the amenities you would hope for!

Our family of 10 had a great time on our vacation. Your beach house is beautiful and carefully appointed and you also attended to all the details to make the house comfortable. Loved the deck on the back with all the rocking chairs and the seating area/play area on the ground level. We did use the grill and appreciated having gas in the tank!! The house is located very near the pool... 2 houses away, great for our small grandchildren. It was also a comfortable walk to the beach (we used a small wagon to carry our things). Could not have been happier with our stay!!

Great Layout and Location

We had a great family vacation at this property. The owners were great to communicate with. They provided a lot of information proactively and were readily available for questions. They are really thoughtful about the property and providing what you need. Loved the layout of the main floor and it was really spacious. Main floor has a half bath which is really nice so you do not constantly have to go back upstairs. The dining and living area have seating for everyone and the extra table is great for games and crafts. We enjoyed the games provided at the house. The outdoor areas are great as well. Shaded and comfortable the yard space is not grass, just pine straw. All the bedrooms have their own attached bath which is really nice. The beds are on the firmer side. Location is perfect. Quick walk to beach or pool. You can even walk to main area of the island as well.

Perfect Family Spot

What a great escape! The house was in a great location. So much nicer than a hotel because it was just houses around and the beach was not crowded. Honestly, I have stayed in a beachfront hotel that took more steps to go from my room, through the hotel, parking and out to the beach. The pool was smallish but not many people there so often had it to ourselves. The house was well equipped, everything you could need except tp. Thankful we packed some or we would have ben dashing to the store. There are shops and restaurants close by which was very handy. We brought our own sheets instead of renting. Super nice that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. There is not a tv in every bedroom though. Loads of outdoor decking and seating. Everyone had a place to be. Really appreciated there was enough seats for everyone at mealtime. Absolutely would recommend and go again!
