Elegant apartment with pool and equipped garden for shared use, located in a historic villa about 10 minutes walk from the first beaches of the magnificent town of Rapallo on the Gulf of Tigullio and a few minutes drive from Santa Margherita Ligure and the famous Portofino. If you want to take home unforgettable memories of your vacation, this is certainly the perfect destination for you: from here you can easily reach countless corners of Liguria that will impress you with their natural beauty. Genoa, with its historical center and the largest aquarium in Europe, is only 30 km away. For trekking lovers there are many hiking trails that start in the immediate vicinity, and for golf and tennis lovers there is a renowned club. The apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) and is on two levels (gallery with two interconnecting beds, height 1.78 m). Balcony with sea view, kitchen cabinet with two electric hotplates. The enchanting landscapes of the Cinque Terre villages can be easily reached by car, train or ferry (marina about 700 m from the accommodation). In the same house there are accommodations ILL259-260-264-265-266-267-398-793 and an apartment occupied by the owner of the house. Check-in is possible only from 16:00 to 18:00.

Great pool and outdoor area for relaxing and sunbathing.It was too hot to use the balcony when we were there, but it was a good size and had chairs/table and parasolShort walk to the beach and town. Good leg exercise getting back up again.Two of the air-conditioning units were a little old and rattled a bit and certainly didn't get to the temperatures stated, but the third was new and efficient.

Gute Erholung, zentrumsnah zu Hause!

Aufwachen und den ersten Kaffee mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Rapallo genießen. Strand, Zentrum, Supermarkt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Rapallos zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Auto kann man getrost stehenlassen und das Umland mit Fähre oder Zug gut erkunden. Wanderrouten in der Nähe. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Man sollte allerdings anmerken, dass kein Parkplatz zum Objekt gehört, wodurch man etwas Geduld bei der Suche einplanen sollte. Benötigen tut man das Auto aber aufgrund der zentralen Lage nicht. Gut zu Fuß sollte man aufgrund der hügeligen Steillage sein. Die Küche dieser Wohnung ist recht spatanisch. Ein Ofen und Spülmaschine sind nicht vorhanden - dafür eine Waschmaschine und ein Zwei-Platten Herd. Für das Frühstück mit Kaffee und Pasta mit Soße reicht es aber locker für vier Personen. Alles in allem hatten wir zwei entspannte Wochen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Nette Vermieter, beeindruckendes Haus, sauber, schöner Pool, perfekte Lage, verhältnismäßig ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage.
