This well-maintained vacation home is located on the hills above the beautiful coastal town of Imperia, about 1 km away, in the heart of the so-called Riviera di Ponente, known for its mild climate, its cultural and gastronomic treasures and especially for its varied sandy and pebbly beaches that you will find along the beautiful coast. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with private pool and has several rest areas and an outdoor barbecue and dining area, all with magnificent views of the sea 1 km away. On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area, a large kitchen and a small bathroom, on the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom and on the top floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. An extra bed is available upon request and payment on site. Imperia is famous for the beautiful waterfront that passes by the marina and beaches, where in the evening you can end the day with an aperitif or a good fish dinner.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
