Second time we have stayed here. Convenient to Lake Catherine and Hot Springs. Very clean and has everything you need. Love the large yard and beautiful trees. Will definitely stay here again.

Casey and family are great guests!! We are so honored to have repeat customers and so appreciate them!! The one star rating is obviously a mistake, that I am trying to correct with VRBO, but have not been successful yet. The VRBO platform is not very user friendly at times. So sorry for this Casey!! I called them immediately, and they said it would have to go through an investigation. But seems they posted without making the change. We love you guys!! ❤️ Second conversation with VRBO and they will remove the 1 star. Unfortunately, they will not allow me to change to 5 star. Still waiting to hear their explanation of this from the investigative team. SMH in disbelief.
This was an amazing place to relax! We enjoyed our stay! We loved seeing the wildlife that would come to visit! I am planning on going back with the family! It is nice, big and roomy!
Beautiful property. Clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved how away from everything it was after a long day of exploring but not a far drive from town. We had so many deer visit us in the evenings. Some cows would be by the fence line seeing us off for the day. Host was kind and prompt with communicating. Would recommend this place to everyone.
This house is a beautiful place to stay. If you are looking for tranquility that’s close enough to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer, this is the place to be! It was like a mountain getaway with all the excitement just down the road. We enjoyed sitting in the front porch watching the deer every morning and evening. LOTS of deer! The house is very well stocked with all needed amenities. Holly was very quick to respond and offered any help we needed while there. She was quick to offer suggestions for the places we wanted to visit and made us feel very welcome. Check in/check out was super simple. The house is very clean and welcoming, very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. We had a great vacation enjoying both nature and local entertainment options. I hope we get the opportunity to return and highly recommend this place for family fun or a quiet retreat, it meets both options!

Great location, easy access, close enough to hot springs but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing! Will stay again, great host and very good communication!
This place is the most relaxing and wonderful place we have ever stayed .. the house is beautiful and the view is stunning. So homey and comfortable.. will be staying here again and will tell family and friends about this property. This is a definite 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wonderful stay and facilities! Private scenic setting that feels remote, yet is accessible and only minutes from Hot Springs with smooth paved private driveway to the home.
House was new, spacious, clean and very comfortable, couldn't ask for a better host. Will be back soon! The mountain views and wild life were phenomenal.
We loved our stay with the large wrap around porch to watch the deer, space to run among the fireflies, and a great house for our family of four to relax. Days were full of the songs of bird and evenings peaceful with frogs. Holly was great to work with us when we had some unexpected change of plans and really worked with us to ensure we had a great vacation! The location is also perfect for day trips to Hot Springs and Little Rock. Highly recommend if you looking for a place to get away and enjoy some rest and relaxation!

We loved having you, Brian and family! I’m so glad we were able to accommodate the changes, so you could stay at the Lodge! Thank you for the wonderful review!!
This is the one! We booked this place last minute, taking the kids to Magic Springs before school starts. It is tucked away but still easy driving distance (15 min) to the park. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us, and our two pups loved running out in the open pasture. This is the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed with, and we do a lot of traveling. Holly thank you for your hospitality, we will be staying with you again!
First and foremost, let me start by saying that I don't understand why the Miller's are not PREMIER HOST. Stony creek lodge is one of the best stays I have ever had. The home is perfect if you want to get away from everything. Peace and Comfort is what I like to call it. The home is exactly as featured. I've stayed at quite a few homes and i only review the one's that I consider worthy. Stony Creek is in my top 5 and that is across the US from Vrbo and the other site because I only review stays that are worthy. Let me talk about the host. The Miller's are the prefect PREMIER HOST. We communicated like we knew each other. They made everything so enjoyable from text to actually phone conversations they made everything perfect. The property is immaculate from the wrap around porch to the spacious rooms. Everything you think you needed they provide. The morning's are breathe taking and the sunsets are unbelievable. If you looking for peace on this side of earth this is it. I really hope that I can return in the fall or winter months. The Miller's go above and beyond to make their home your home for your stay. I'm asking please help me make the Miller's PREMIER HOSTS. Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating and the Miller's as host deserve a 10. Love you guys. A.M.
My family and I travel often and have stayed in many vacation rentals. This house was one of our favorites. The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and while close to everything we needed, it felt very secluded and quiet. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and the kids enjoyed running around the yard. We would definitely stay again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND STONY CREEK LODGE! This beautiful, spacious home tucked away on a picturesque hilltop was the perfect choice for our family. The HUGE yard is surrounded by pastures with deer and cattle grazing on all sides during the day. Mornings were spent on the beautiful front porch watching the sun rise over Cook Mountain. And evenings, watching the sunset over Hot Springs, while watching lighting bugs as far as you could see. The grand kids loved playing in the huge yard. So private and peaceful, and only a short drive to Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine State Park, Garver Gardens, downtown Hot Springs, Mid American Science Museum, Magic Springs, and putt putt golf. The owners are nearby and quick to help if needs arise. So anxious to return to Hot Springs and Stony Creek Lodge!
We spent the week in Malvern at the Stoney Creek Lodge. It was a perfect escape from the city. We were still close enough to everything when we wanted something special to eat. We watched the deer eat right outside the front door everyday. Perfect getaway!!
Owners went above and beyond to welcome us to their property. This is a wonderfully renovated farm house on acreage with a scenic view. A great place to unplug and unwind.

Why they chose this property
We chose this area for its convenient location and beauty.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a local farm that dates back to the 1800's. Vivid displays of nature and wildlife surround the home. While basking in a complete experience of being totally surrounded by forest and farmland, you are still just minutes away from civilization and convenience. The home sits atop a hill that has been recognized as an actual native American encampment by the University of Arkansas. This is your opportunity to look out over the area, from a primitive vantage point. Not many other properties can offer this opportunity.
