This beautiful country house is situated in a picturesque hilly position in the heart of the Marche region, 5 km from Lucrezia and only 18 km from the Adriatic coast. On the first floor there is a large bright living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace; a library, the comfortable eat-in kitchen, bathroom and toilet; the 5 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The house includes a large garden with rich Mediterranean planting; two covered terraces, the private pool (salt water) with sun terrace and panoramic views - from everywhere you can enjoy a wide view over the picturesque hilly landscape to the sea. Here you will find an ideal place to relax; but also worthwhile is a bathing day on the Adriatic coast near Fano (sandy beaches and lidos, about 18 km) or an excursion to the worth seeing Renaissance city of Urbino (about 35 km). The Marche region is still an insider tip and will surprise you with its nature, culture and gastronomy. Also worth seeing are all the small towns in the near vicinity such as Saltara (3 km), Mondavia (20 km) and the romantic Cartoceto (2 km) itself, which can also be easily reached on a footpath from the house. Other destinations: the seaside resorts of Marotta (30 km), Senigallia (40 km); the coastal towns of Pesaro (26 km) and Rimini (60 km).
