Need a get away come stay at our newly renovated farm house. Enjoy the large deck or just sit on the front porch and take in the view. 4 bedrooms &1bath. We are approximately 20 minutes from Historical Weston Mo, snow creek St Joseph and Atchison Ks. 30 minutes from KC airport.
No parties
May smoke on deck
Access to house and yard only. May encounter gravel roads.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you want away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is your go-to place! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee under the covered porch while listening to the birds sing. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. We enjoyed a trip into Weston for the day of shopping and touring the local attractions. We will stay here again if in the area!

The farm is amazing! Super clean!! Chris literally thought of everything! Plenty of dishes, pans, griddle for cooking. Plenty of pillows, blankets and comfortable beds. Cleaning supplies readily available. For warmer days they have corn hole and other games galore. The fire pit would be great as well when we visit again in the spring or fall! Very family friendly! Oh and sooo peaceful!

Chris has the most fantastic little farm house so close to Weston! It was so great to go into town and enjoy a day of shopping and return to the house and sit out on the big porch and relax in the peace and quiet! We had the BEST time and loved everything about this house!! Thank you Chris for sharing it with us! We WILL be back again!!

Graduation weekend

We stayed at this lovely farm house for Benedictine graduation weekend. Its 20 min from Atchison on back country roads. It was beautiful inside and out. Christine made us feel so welcome and provided everything we needed. Wish we could stay longer.

Great Farm House Getaway Close to Skiing

We had such a special stay at the Home Place. We loved the acres of farm land, waking up and looking at the cows out the window, and being just 20 min. from skiing. The owner was incredibly hospitable.

Rural and relaxing

We had such a great stay here! Travel back in time with all the comforts of the modern age! We loved watching the cows and enjoying the views! Such a peaceful setting and a beautiful home! My kids loved blowing bubbles and watching them float over the valleys.

Family girls trip

We had a lovely stay at the house for our weekend getaway! The house was very clean and welcoming. The surrounding land was well kept and beautiful! We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit due to rain but all the supplies were prepared. Very nice spot for a quiet get away!
