This charming cottage is located in a peaceful park like setting. It has two bedrooms. You can enjoy s'mores around the outdoor wood burning fire table, or a nice meal under the covered gazebo on the patio BBQ area. A short walk takes you to the Leach botanical gardens, only a block away. This beautiful garden just received a 12.5 million dollar renewal. There is lots of room and a fenced backyard for your pet. (Pet fees apply.)
The cottage has just recently been completely updated with modern colors, and new lighting fixtures, bathroom fixtures, wood vinyl flooring, carpeting, and stainless steel appliances.
