About this property

Lake Ontario Beach House Getaway- House #1

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on the same property (the house closer to the beach) with direct private beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging, building sand castles, and sunset strolls. This house can be rented on its' own or in conjunction with the other house (see other listings on my profile). This is a great place for family getaways or vacationing with friends!

Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

The house has central AC and heating.

Smart TV's located throughout the house- one 55" in the main area, one 32" in bedroom, and another 40" smart TV located in master bedroom.

Pack n’ play (collapsible crib) located in the master bedroom if needed.

There are 2 ocean kayaks and flotation devices available for use at the property as well as a hot tub.

There is a grill available for use on the deck. We do keep a propane tank at the property for the grill, but the tank levels are not monitored or maintained. If they run out, you may exchange the tanks at a nearby store.

The water is treated and safe to drink, however, we also have a 5-gallon water dispenser in the kitchen if you prefer purified water and want to bring your own 5-gallon jug of water. We do not supply the 5-gallon water jugs, but do provide the dispenser.

Please take time to review the House Rules upon booking. This property belongs to an HOA and we will not be able to rent the property unless the rules are abided by ALL guests. The house rules are also posted at the property and available in the Welcome Binder.

This beachfront house is perfect for a family getaway. Easy access to the beach and nice family space. We had both houses on this property but the front house was our hangout space.

We are a family owned and operated Real Estate business located in Upstate NY. We enjoy using the vacation rentals throughout the year and rent them out when not being utilized for personal use. We have employees who manage the properties and are available if there are any questions or concerns.

Why they chose this property

As a large family, we understand the struggle of finding a property that can accommodate kids and multi-generational family needs. This is one of two houses located on the property. We rent the houses individually and the whole property as a whole if preferred. This property has a ramp leading to the front door and is rancher style, making it the best choice for those with mobility issues. It has direct, private, sandy beach access to lake Ontario and is located 5-10 minutes away from many state parks.

What makes this property unique

The direct sandy beach access to lake Ontario is by far the most beneficial aspect of this property. There is a hot tub that overlooks Lake Ontario, firepit area, and your own private deck with a grill.
