A pleasant blend of luxury and comfort. Welcome to our showcase beach home in Galveston’s Beachside Village. One of the most popular, yet, private areas ~ An ideal getaway in a serene neighborhood of pastel beach front/view homes.
Our home features a wide open living, dining and kitchen area that opens to a full deck with a spectacular view of the beach. Plenty of seating for all to enjoy inside and out.
Our home has 2 Master suites with ensuite bathrooms, one Queen room with an ensuite bathroom, one twin room, one bunk room, a daybed area and an additional full and half bathroom. The ground floor has shower stall and basin for convenient rinsing after your return from the beach.
The primary master suite features a sitting area, coffee/tea bar, claw bathtub and private deck with a stunning view of the ocean. A getaway from your getaway!

There is deck access from 3 of the private rooms for you to enjoy at your leisure, all of which have beautiful views of the ocean! A total of 4 decks for gathering outdoors while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.

This is a family friendly home that will comfortably accommodate 3 regular sized families. Perfect for a mini family reunion with ample space to relax.

There is a cargo lift available, for a small fee, that goes from the ground floor to the first floor. This is a big help with luggage and groceries.

We offer a concierge service, as well as open communication with the property manager. Our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful, stress free and relaxing stay.

Most household staples are provided for your convenience: Toilet paper, shower supplies, laundry supplies, paper towels, pantry items, refrigerator items, etc.

Your toes can be in the sand as quick as a two minute walk from the property! We also provide a variety of beach staples: chairs, tent, boogie boards, sand toys, wagon, sand crabbing supplies, etc. for you to enjoy. Most chairs have a carrying straps for easy transport.

There is a charcoal grill on the ground floor with plenty of seating for company while you cook.

Conveniently located just past the Seawall, so you don’t have to travel too far for local dining and entertainment.

With a little information about your group, we aim to accommodate accordingly.

For Veterans, we are offering 10% discount, kindly provide any proof. ( e.g. ; teachers, emergency response, police)

Our best ever travel experience with a a vacation rental. Impeccably clean, direct access to the beach, extras one wouldn’t expect (snacks for us and the dogs!) and the Christmas decor. The lift made bringing our luggage to the main floor much easier and safer. And, the knees were very accommodating.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful beach house. It had everything we needed and then some, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend for the views alone but everything else makes it even better. Book this house, you won’t regret it!

Perfect Place on Periwinkle

We had plenty of room for our family in this wonderfully decorated, perfectly placed house near the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house is beautiful. The ocean views from the decks were tremendous and the owners provided beach stuff with a wagon for easy hauling. The host was always available for questions and provided detailed information which made planning easy. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you for making our birthday event memorable!

The perfect family vacation

The owners have brought island life inside in such thoughtful detail. Comfortable and inviting. Especially loved the decks with views of the beach and plenty of rocking chairs and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunrises and sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, great location and very helpful communication. We stayed after hurricane beryl, and got constant updates on what was happening with the home and in the area so we knew what to expect upon arrival. Barbie's beach house exceeded our expectations! The house is even better than the photos show! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. The host and house manager were both so prompt and helpful. The neighborhood is upscale with beautiful homes and the private beach access was perfect and safe for our family. Great house and location

Our group of 9 all really enjoyed staying at the house. The house layout worked well for our group and the kitchen and family room area was good for cooking and hanging out. The beach is a very very short walk away. The owner was always quick to reply to questions. You can tell they take pride in the property and think of the details to make the stay more enjoyable for guests. We’ll definitely look to stay here next time we’re back in the area.

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

We stayed at this property with two families including 5 kids under 10 and it was lovely. The house was very well equipped and clean and there was plenty of space for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor seating areas were particular impressive, with balconies off almost every room with views of the ocean. Proximity to the beach made hauling our crew easy. Hands down our favorite Galveston rental to date and we hope to return soon.
