Spacious 2-Bedroom Ocean and Marina view penthouse with private rooftop terrace

Amazing penthouse with Cathedral ceilings, which gives a lovely fresh ocean breeze throughout the apartment.

The 250 square meter apartment with ocean and marina view terraces and a roof terrace of 50 square meters with an incredible view of the ocean and coastline.

Large master bedroom with ocean view and California kingsize bed. Direct access to walk-in closet and bathroom.

The second bedroom has two Double beds. In addition, a large work desk with office facilities and good internet connection. Walk-in closet, bathroom with shower.

There is a small oceanview terrace with seating that connects the two bedrooms.

Living room with comfortable sofas, futon and smart tv.

Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, toaster and microwave. Side-by-side refrigerator with ice-machine.

All necessary equipment and service for a well-functioning kitchen.

Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large private rooftop sun terrace with jacuzzi, BBQ and bar.

All rooms have separate air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The apartment has a layout that makes it very private from the other apartments, whether you take a cool dip in the jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace or enjoy a nice dinner on the terrace while watching the boats sail quietly by.

Puerto Aventuras is a private closed Marina development. Very safe and beautiful.

Puerto Aventuras has all you can ask for within a community. Beautiful white beaches and lovely warm turquoise blue waters. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Golf, tennis, deep-sea fishing and tours to nearby cenotes, Xcaret and diving.

You will certainly feel safe and comfortable in this little oasis, and like so many others come back year after year ..

The Perfect Stay

We LOVED this property! The house manager, Amy, was very responsive and reactive. The house was very spacious and we loved the rooftop tub and sunbathing. The bedding was nice and comfortable. The location was great with everything in a short walking distance. We stayed a month and loved cooking in the kitchen and using the grill. I can't say enough about how much we loved this property. We've been going to PA for 10 years and we think this was our best condo. We'd definitely want to rent it again.

Exactly what was promised!

Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved the elevator for hauling luggage!! Amy was great when we had questions and we had a glorious vacation! Would definitely book again.

Fantastic views

The view from the private rooftop never got old. The condo was well equipped to cook your own meals. However, it was also close to the restaurants and shops. We really appreciated having access to the washer and dryer so we could pack fewer clothes for our multi-week stay.

Thanks so much! We love the location as well, and are looking forward to eventually retiring here -- so it's equipped with what we want to have then. But it's still a couple of years away, and Don & friends is welcome to return until then!
