Great location!

Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value.

Perfect weekend stay near Elmwood Village

The property was as advertised and in a great neighborhood and Peter was beyond helpful with the check in process and giving tips for what to do/where to eat in the area. No issues with the property while we were there, and easy access to all the bars and restaurants on Elmwood about a 10min walk away

Nice property

The property owner did a nice job communicating with me. He answered all my questions quickly too. The place was very clean, and modern. Beds were very comfortable (big plus). Upstairs neighbor was a little noisy Saturday night, but not a huge deal. Everything was as advertised.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

We loved staying here. It was the perfect place to enjoy the company of family we hadn't seen in a while. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and well outfitted. The host provided all the information we needed and was a pleasure to book with. Thank you for the great stay.

Quaint little house appartment

The house was exactly as the pictures showed and was in good distance of downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The location was nice (driving up to the area …it did not appear that way at first… the outside community was a bit sketchy but the neighborhood where the house was located was quiet and in a cute little college town) only bad thing was the parking. It is not ideal for multiple cars if traveling with friends or family, but it ended up working ok for a small weekend getaway!
