Welcome to our lovely timeshare rental, Spinnaker at Shipyard! I am the original owner of this end unit and can not say enough positive things about the unit and complex itself. The townhome was just recently updated with new flooring and furnishings and the pool area is magnificent. Enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course and lagoon while enjoying your morning beverage on the patio before you head off to the beach or pool! If you haven't experience the beach at Shipyard, you will not be disappointed. Sprawling beach, multiple lifeguards on duty, and many rental options via the lifeguards. Beach parking pass included with the unit rental. Return home from the beach and hit the pool, the putting green, the adjacent tennis courts, and/or hot tub...it is all right there, steps from the unit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to use this particular week in 2021 (July 31-August 7) and would welcome the opportunity to rent it to a family or individual that can share in our experience(s). The corporate management company for the unit is located less than a mile away (right outside of the Pope Avenue gate) and is available should you have any urgent needs.
