Apartment in beautiful terraced house, 4 km from Porto Rotondo, in a beautiful position overlooking the Gulf of Marinella (access to the sea 1.3 km) to the islands of Mortorio and Soffi, surrounded by the typical Mediterranean landscape of Sardinia. Quiet position. Equipped private garden (90 m2) with sea view. From the first floor access to private equipped patio of 12 m2 and from the double room has direct access to the garden. Large roof terrace in common with two neighboring apartments. Private and shaded parking. Distances: 1 km Golf of Marinella (grocery stores, windsurf rental and jetty), 4 km from Porto Rotondo (tennis, diving center, boat rental), 10 km Golfo Aranci, 12 km Olbia (port and airport), 15 km Pevero Golf Club, 25 km Porto Cervo.
