The fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen is bright and open with a breakfast area that overlooks the lake. There is a large living/dining room and a wood-burning fireplace. The wrap around balcony is covered and has stairs down to the lower lawn. There is an outdoor patio off the dinning room with a table and umbrella.

The lower level has two light filled bedrooms, each with a full bath and a king bed and each have a bay window view of the sparkling Lake Chelan. There is a large family room with a wet bar and sliding glass doors that open onto a patio with a lawn, chaise lounges and a private beach.
