A 29 m² studio, renovated and fully equipped for your utmost comfort, located on the ground floor of a small building, accommodating up to 4 people + 1 baby.

With its south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the sun in both summer and winter!

Located 400 m from city centre and the trailhead, you won’t need a car to get to shops and various activities.
If you have a car, you can park it in the reserved spots at the foot of the residence.

Check-in is self-service; the apartment is equipped with a key box.

It features a cosy living area with a sofa that converts into a comfortable 140 x 190 bed.

The apartment features a loft area with two 80 x 190 bunk beds that can accommodate 2 children or 2 adults.

We provide a travel cot and everything you need for a baby: high chair, baby bathtub, changing pad, and children’s tableware.

The functional kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a combination oven/microwave, and a dishwasher.
In the cupboards, you’ll find the basics: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, food storage containers, a few coffee pods and tea bags, as well as water in the fridge to refresh you after your trip.

You’ll have everything you need to cook for 4 people plus 1 baby: dishes, frying pan, saucepan, baking dish, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a raclette machine—a must-have for evenings in the mountains!

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine/dryer. The toilet is separate.

For your convenience, we provide sheets and towels, an iron, and a hair dryer. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Housekeeping is included.

Important information to ensure your stay goes smoothly:

The condominium rules prohibit leaving trash in common areas or on the terraces. Trash bins are available just below the residence.

We are committed to ensuring the apartment is perfectly clean before your arrival. Please respect the property by taking good care of the furnishings.
User manuals for the appliances are available.

Ski boots are strictly prohibited indoors. The flooring is new and delicate! You can leave your boots at the rental shops at the base of the slopes.

To ensure everyone’s peace and quiet, please avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., or 9 a.m. on weekends.

The property is strictly non-smoking; the lovely terrace with its view of the mountains is the perfect place to enjoy a smoke!
