Huge jacuzzi tub makes this the perfect place to unwind after a long day of swimming in the bay, biking on the Little Traverse Wheelway, skiing on nearby slopes, or golfing at one of many golf courses in the area. Updated bedroom! Cozy gas fireplace in main living area sets the atmosphere for hours of reading, watching TV, playing board games, etc. Full kitchen allows for homemade meals or opt for delicious take-out from local restaurants.

You'll have access to two parking spots, one in the garage, another directly in front of garage. WiFi smart lock entry.

My name is Meagan and I spent the majority of my childhood vacations in Petoskey. I bought this condo in 2020 and I'm so happy to let others use it to create their own memories. My hope is you find my condo warm and inviting, and think of it as a home away from home. I'm readily available via phone/text for any questions/concerns leading up to/during your stay here. I hope you'll stay with us and experience all the wonderful things northern Michigan has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Trout Creek has fantastic amenities. There are 3 pools, with 1 open year-round. A fitness center with 2 treadmills and a recumbent bike are available. A game room, along with tennis courts and pickelball courts are available to use in the spring/summer/fall. Multiple hiking/snowshoeing trails are located throughout the resort, along with a sand volleyball court and 2 playgrounds. Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands are a quick 2 minute drive down the road.
