Condo resort amenities include indoor pool/fitness center open daily year-round, outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor pool open in summers, Pickleball courts, sand volleyball, playgrounds, 2 fully stocked fishing ponds, multiple hiking/snowshoe trails throughout resort.

The space
Huge jacuzzi tub makes this the perfect place to unwind after a long day of swimming in the bay, biking on the Little Traverse Wheelway, skiing on nearby slopes, or golfing at one of many golf courses in the area. Updated bedroom! Cozy gas fireplace in main living area sets the atmosphere for hours of reading, watching TV, playing board games, etc. Full kitchen allows for homemade meals or opt for delicious take-out from local restaurants.

We had 9 people in the condo, so it was a little snug, but not too bad. Renovations were nice. Super close and convenient access to both the Highlands and Nubs. It was a short drive to the hot tub and pool, but well worth it after a long day of skiing. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet! It was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. All the sports the guys wanted to see were included in the cable package--both the Tigers and the British Open!

Perfect ski rental

This condo was perfect for 2 families (4 adults, 4 children ages 8-12) for a weekend ski trip. Easy access to Nubs Nob and the on-premise pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely come back again.

Two families (4 adults, 3 teens) stayed for two night. We had a great time skiing at nubs nob. Location was very close to the hill. We used both pools. Would stay here again.

Excellent place!

We had a blast! Very impressed with all the little extras available. Loved how they turned the front closet into a mini-mud room. It was so easy to keep all our winter gear out of the way. We loved the extra blankets for cuddles, towels for the pool, amazing spice rack, games for all to enjoy, a huge selection of DVD’s, the list goes on and on! We hope to book again for future stays! Owners put together a book that has amazing information- a lot of time went into that and it’s appreciated 😁

My hope is you find my condo warm and inviting, and think of it as a home away from home. I'm readily available via phone/text for any questions/concerns leading up to/during your stay here. I hope you'll stay with us and experience all the wonderful things northern Michigan has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Trout Creek has fantastic amenities. There are 3 pools, with 1 open year-round. A fitness center with 2 treadmills and a recumbent bike are available. A game room, along with tennis courts and pickelball courts are available to use in the spring/summer/fall. Multiple hiking/snowshoeing trails are located throughout the resort, along with a sand volleyball court and 2 playgrounds. Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands are a quick 2 minute drive down the road.
