Nice location, but…

Kitchen is equipped, but only bare essentials. No kitchen linens were available. Bathroom linens are like you would fine at a Hotel 6. Very minimal and cheap.

This review is so not how our property is, the guest couldn’t find the stuff and left the oven on and windows open also so was very unreliable and unsafe guest.

Appalling

While the location was good the property was not clean the towels were thin and dirty- they felt gritty! The sheets were thin and didn’t feel clean. We got sheets and towels because we couldn’t use the ones that were provided. The place was neglected which was a shame because when new I’m sure it was nice but it had not been kept up. There was continuous construction going on next door and on occasion we were blocked in or out by workers trucks despite the strong message to us not to block other driveways. We were very dissatisfied .

Carl this is ridiculous that after 4 months of stay you leave us a one star review, during your stay we asked you multiple times if you needed anything or if there was an issue, you didnt mention anything and now this. we cant control if neighours are having construction, can we, can you control your neighbors in canada maybe but not in america.

Not what I expected

The property manager was nice and did make some corrections during our stay, but the unit was no where near what I expected. Many of the kitchen cupboards were hanging or dirty, no had towels in the kitchen, very poor quality towels in all bathrooms, very odd layout in the house, with access to the patio via a back staircase that looked like a fire escape more than an entrance to the patio, and most critical was a very bad odor coming from the ground floor bathroom, which smelled like there was no p-trap. One of my colleagues was so unhappy, he left after 2 days.

I can’t change the layout of the house to please this guy. Not sure what quality towels he expected. Just complaining for no reason and I was there during his stay and then they said it’s not smelling now. So when I was there it just stopped smelling for some reason?
