Don't stay here.

For starters, we were told after we signed the rental agreement, which was non-refundable, that the one and only elevator is out of commission and we were on the 4th floor. Then we did not have a working refrigerator until our 6th and last day. The mattress should be burned as it is horribly worn out. The furniture is all stained and worn. So badly that we threw sheets over it to even consider sitting on it. This condo is simply gross.This owner doesn't care about you or giving you a nice experience. They just care that they collect your money.

In general, the unit could use some general maintenance (paint, rusty air grates, hooks or towel racks in bathrooms).Would have liked to have had wash cloths and warmer blankets.
