Great communication the entire time despite a pretty nasty storm. Was able to accommodate us and allow us to add a day so we could stay safe and not have to travel in the storm. House was beautiful and very easy access to the slopes. Will book this one going forward.
The couch in this picture is not what was there . The leather couch that was there needed to be tossed . Shower knob in master bedroom was hanging on by a thread . Location was the best part of our stay

Thank for taking the time to review my property and for bringing your concerns to my attention. I wish I had known you were having issues with the faucet handle during your stay as I would have been more than happy to send someone over to address the issue. I will be looking into purchasing a new couch for the condo as well. Thank you again for sharing your opinion with me regarding your stay so I can work on keeping my property updated for all future stays.

Comfortable and great location and access to skiing. However pictures are misleading. Looks spacious. Is not. Is tight. We were five and it was tight. Kitchen is small.

Happy you enjoyed the location and proximity to the slopes! I’m sorry you felt the pictures were not accurate. My home is listed as being a 1500 square foot condo which is “true” square footage. I have not had complaints about the rooms being small nor pictures being inaccurate, but again I am sorry you felt it was tight.
Very nice property we enjoyed our stay.We stayed for New Year's Eve and could enjoy the fire works show. It was amazing.

So glad you all enjoyed your stay and were able to experience the New Year’s Eve fireworks show from our balcony. One of my favorite experiences!!! Thank you for being wonderful guests :-)
Property is great for ski in and ski out. The beds, linens. towels were great. The fireplace made entire condo toasty.Wish we knew about no ice maker in advance. Felt bad about having to manage temperature by opening the porch door. It would be better to have more accurate thermostats. Also very very hard to manage the shower temperature.

Happy to hear you enjoyed the location, linens and beds. Ski on-skin off is definitely a big plus in the winter time as is having a fireplace.
I’m sorry to hear you had a hard time controlling the temperature. The fireplace does a great job at warming up the condo, but if left on for too long, the condo can become quite warm as one would expect. Generally speaking, thermostats that control baseboard heating do not control the heat put out by the fireplace. It is up to the preference of the guest to turn the fireplace on or off as needed for their desired comfort level.
An ice maker is not listed under my accommodations. I’m sorry that you did not see this when you booked. I do have ice trays in the freezer and an ice bin readily available for every stay.
We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. It was a short walk down a hill to get right on the slopes, and you can see the easy street lift from the condo. Everything was as described and it was so nice to come back inside to take a break midday.would absolutely stay again!
We had a great stay with our 3 boys. Everyone had a bed and the ease of getting to the slopes was awesome. Communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.
Best location on the mountain.Especially if skiing with kids

For as long as I can remember, I always loved the outdoors and all it has to offer. Nature brings me a sense of peace and happiness, so it brings me so much joy to share my home with others so hopefully, you can get to experience the same with your family and friends! I was introduced to Sugar Mountain when we brought our young children here to ski. We loved the experience, the family time we got to spend with each other and the memories we made and will always have. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a vacation home here. We continue to love it here and continue to make everlasting memories! Sugar Mountain and the surrounding areas provide an endless number of outdoor activities to enjoy. Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, river tubing, white water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, driving along the blue ridge parkway, sightseeing, skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, ice skating, gem mining, golfing on Sugar’s gorgeous golf course, visit grandfather Mountain just 10 minutes away, wine tasting at various local vineyards including Grandfather Mt vineyards, Linville vineyards, and Banner elk Vineyards are just some of what this area has to offer, all within close proximity and some just outside our home within walking distance. The list goes on and on and that’s what I love about this area! I truly believe we are in an excellent location no matter what you are here to do.
