Address of home is 30 Tournament Lane, Sunriver, OR 97707 - located at the far north end of Sunriver. Close to Woodlands golf course and tennis. House is corner lot with views to Deschutes National Forest.

Reverse living - great room on upper level, excellent for entertaining. Dining table seats ten, plus additional seating in kitchen at bar and built-in tables. Bunk room bedroom on lower level.

3200 square feet, built in 1999 (was a private residence for 10 years, rental home after.)

Sleeps 13 - three king suites, one primary on the upper level, two lower level. Plus large den/bedroom sleeps 7 (2 full bottom/twin top bunks/trundle).

4.5 baths, upper master bath has jacuzzi tub, double vanities in master bath.

Family Getaway

Home is beautiful and had bikes for the whole family to enjoy the bike path. The house was very clean and loved all the amenities. Will definitely stay here again. Kids had so much fun at SHARC.

Everything you could need, was at your disposal.

Great home for three generation get together

We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home with ample space for hanging out, both inside and on the outside deck. The kitchen is large and well equipped and worked well for preparing meals for 11. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We also loved having a large selection of bikes and kids’ trailers to select from which enabled us to take many bike rides. We appreciated the quiet location surrounded by forest and took advantage of nearby hiking and canoeing. The owners were very responsive to our questions, both while planning our stay and while we were there, which we appreciated. We all have fond memories of our time at Sunriver and this home made for a very pleasant stay.

House is great.

We have stayed at this location prior for the last 3 years. Last year, the pantry was locked unlike the past and this limited food storage space. This year, the bunk room adjacent to the upstairs master was locked. We lost two bed spaces and two guys slept on couches.

My family and I have been visiting Sunriver for the past 10 years and have stayed in multiple homes. I’m not here to tear down somebody’s livelihood, but I am willing to give a rating. Times are tough for everybody which is why I’m trying to keep this as dignified as possible. We experienced some really high highs and some really low lows at this property regarding the AC and we have been in communication with the owners since August with no resolution in sight. Instead of posting my opinion or withdrawing our payment due to inaccuracies with the posting, I’m leaving a 2 star rating so others are aware that this was not a 5 star stay for us.

Rented this home for three families. Three private room and four grandkids under four so it was perfect. Lots of bikes but summer smoke kept us inside. Never used shark passes as it was closed too because of smoke. We are glad for all the room that the house had. Only complaint was the carpets had stains and with four toddlers it would of been nice for them to play and take pictures around the spots. Would rent again though. Very nice

The only thing was the pantry was not available like last year's stay. This is valuable space with all the food, etc. we bring for 12 guys for a week. Will this house be available this time next year?

Great for Reunions!

This house was perfect for our stay and the hosts were awesome at communicating. It had so many useful amenities that helped tremendously like 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of laundry machines, and the best pebble ice maker in the world (a big hit for us). Our big group felt very comfortable here.

Great Sunriver House

Spacious house with all of the amenities. There is a great selection of bikes to ride around Sunriver. Our family goes to Sunriver 3-4 times per year and this is the nicest house we have rented. Highly recommend.

Beautiful comfortable home

We rented this home for 4 nights in June and other family members rented nearby homes in order to gather for our every-other-year family reunion. We had a wonderful time together, floating the Deschutes, golfing, bike riding and gathering at neighborhood parks in the evening for cookouts and time together. Julia's home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is perfect for large families... with everything you could need... including a separate icemaker and TWO dishwashers. Best of all, the home has air-conditioning (many home in Sun River do not, because summer temps are normally mild)... it got into the mid-90s while there! Julia was an excellent hostess and communicated well... and promptly. Highly recommend her home and would definitely stay there again!
