Executive, spacious condo for your ultimate family vacation experience in Grand Haven, Michigan. Welcome to Coast Guard City USA!

2100 Sq ft

3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 5-6 people. 2-3 adults and 2-3 kids. This is NOT a multiple family rental. There is a king bed, queen bed and 2 full bunk beds.

When you enter the front door you are met with tall ceilings, a roomy foyer, a spacious living room including a large TV, overstuffed leather sofas, an open concept granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and a huge dining table that seats 6.

The master bedroom suite is overly spacious with a king bed, a 70 inch TV,
walk-in closet and ensuite double vanity, glass door shower and private commode.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hallway.

The third bedroom has full on full bunk beds a large TV and 2 bean bag chairs.

All TV's have a fire stick so you can acess your Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts with your logins.

You will be amazed with the condo layout, it's spacious feel and plenty of room to spread out with no overcrowding.

There are 2 balconies for your use. One with bistro table dining for dining el-fresco or cocktails. The other off of the master suite includes a table and 2 chairs.

There are 2 larger, common space balconies.

Much of the furniture and furnishings are brand new. All of the linens, pillows. towel, matresses and bedding are brand new.

You are conveniently across from a public city kayak launch. Grand Haven's newest and favorite restaurant is right outside your door as well as, ice cream and coffee shop within steps.

Teenagers can be entrusted to walk within steps out of the condo to walk to Bigby Coffee, Rykes Bakery, Jimmy Johns, Culvers and Sweet Temptations Ice Cream shop.

Adults and Family will enjoy Grand Haven's newest and highly rated restaurant Paisley Pig within the same complex.

You'll be shocked at the peaceful, quiet area you are surrounded with. With no shared walls or condo neighbors below or next to you. You'll love walking morning, and night to all of the charming locations along Grand Haven's channel and boardwalk on your way to Lake Michigan beaches and the lighthouse pier. You'll make memories at the quaint downtown area with all of the great restaurants and boutique shops. Make sure to relax at many of the public seating areas along the channel to include the outdoor stadium where you'll have a perfect view of the night time musical fountain.

The condo was in a great location for a small group visiting Grand Haven. The bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for my two children. The condo was very spacious and we comfortable. Clean on arrival, appreciated having a washer and dryer accessible to is as well. We will be back!

Great location for this well laid out condo! Perfect set up for our golf crew!

Very clean, and open layout to the condo. Good sized gathering area (kitchen, dining, living room open floor plan). The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for the three golfers in our group, but you can easily fit more people in this condo. If our group chooses this area for another trip, I will be back to this condo!

Beautiful and Spacious Condo was the perfect fit

This was the perfect "base camp" for our Girls Getaway long weekend in Grand Haven. The floor plan is so spacious and comfortable, the location is quite peaceful yet is not too many steps to so much including dining, coffee shop, ice cream and treats shop and then also an easy walk into the marina and down town areas. We all enjoyed this clean and thoughtfully furnished property--- we didn't want to go home!

Wow! Large, beautiful condo. Huge TVs, immaculately clean. Great beds and linens. Completely stocked. This is probably the best VRBO condo/apartment we have ever stayed in (and we travel frequently)! Melissa checked on us when we checked in and replied very quickly with any questions we had. There are several places to eat within walking distance which was fabulous. Downtown was literally a few blocks away. 5-stars for sure! Hope to be back. Grand Haven was awesome.

Spacious layout!

Overall we loved our stay here, it was close enough to walk to the downtown area and far enough away not to be bothered by the business of the festival that was going on. The rooms were huge, enough room for our family of 6 to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, the only suggestion would be for more dishware/silverware because it seemed like we were running the dishwasher when it was empty. And I think the pictures showed a grill on the patio but there wasn't one when we were there. Melissa was great at responding in a timely manner! Would recommend this place!

Adequate lodging

Overall our stay was fine but the condo was very stark. It advertised for 8 people but there was only dinner and glassware for 4. Also, no wastebaskets in the bathrooms which was an inconvenience. In addition we had trouble checking in because 2 sets of check in instructions were sent. Upon calling for clarification I was met by a condescending attitude from the owner which set the tone for our stay. We stay in Grand Haven every summer and I doubt we'll stay here again.

Spacious condo

Our family gathered to attend the funeral of an elderly Uncle. We loved the condo's central location, and it was more spacious than the pictures indicated especially the living and dining spaces. Parking was ample and easy. Melissa, the manager, was very responsive and replaced a broken coffee maker right away. The condo was missing some basic items that one would find in any hotel room, such as waste bins for the bathrooms, an iron and ironing board, dishwashing soap, and sufficient hangers for each closet. We ended up buying our own supplies because the manager did not want to supply them. In the future, these low-cost items would make the visit even better, but overall we were very happy with the condo, which met our needs.

2021 Festival Rental

This was a last minute booking for me since my original rental cancelled just weeks before my trip. I found—AND GRABBED—this place, and was I lucky. The open layout and actual square footage make this place feel huge. I had a working vacation. So I was even able to find privacy to handle calls and emails with my family (wife and child) there. It was a short distance to the center of town (15 minute walk) and the entire Coast Guard festival. I didn’t drive during my stay except to go to the beach since I have kid’s beach gear. Parking was plentiful, and the building secure. This was a definite change from the beach type cottages we usually rent in Grand Haven, but it was great. The building apparently doesn’t participate in a recycling program. So, it felt weird to throw normally recycled products in the trash. Overall, this is a 5-star place on cleanliness, guest experience, and, of course, Location.

My Home away from home in my former hometown!

Fantastic property. I finally found my home away from home for when I visit, family and friends in grand Haven, which is my place of origin. I rented a Lotta different places in the area over the last few years, I finally found the place that I want to stay in each and every time I come back Location room to spread out all the creature comforts that you would want in your home away from home. Whether that’s having a movie night snuggled up on the couch watching a big screen because mother nature is turn down the thermostat or do you want to sit on the patio and look at the Venus light up the sky after a glorious sunset, and this is also your home away from home! The entire process from booking, to interaction with property mgt. during the stay exceeded expectations. I’m a bit a vacation rental snob, and most of my vacation destinations have me staying at the four seasons. Grand Haven, obviously doesn’t offer those 5 STAR accommodations. This unit is the closest thing to living in luxury off the beach in the paradise that is Grand Haven, even if for brief slivers of time. Cheers Matt

Great summer vacation in this condo. Very clean, updated, and close to everything. We rode our bikes to both spring lake beach and Lake Michigan beach/downtown grand haven. Can also walk quick 10 minutes to downtown grand haven. Would rent again!

Wonderful Getaway!

The condo was wonderful! Our group had 4 adults, one teenager and one pre-teen and there was so much room we were always able to spread out. The condo was clean- conveniently located to everything, and the owner was always super responsive if we needed to ask something. We will be staying here again for sure!
