2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with a spacious and open floor plan. Recently updated with luxury vinyl floors and fresh paint. Balcony project completed 2020. This condo has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has an eat up bar with seating. There is a large walkout balcony with seating and eating area. There is a king Temperpedic bed in the master bedroom and a queen with twin bunk set up in the second bedroom. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen including dinnerware, silverware, coffeepot, baking dishes and glassware. Off-street parking including. Beach chairs, beach towels (2), and cooler for use. Within and surrounding the immediate complex you will find a coffee shop (Biggby franchise), Temptations ice cream shop, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Ryke's Bakery, and The Paisley Pig. Located within walking distance to the downtown district, and Historic boardwalk.

Great location! Stayed for two nights for a girls weekend getaway! Short trip to the beach, and an ice cream sopp, restaurant and places to eat within the complex. Highly recommend.

The condo was great for our family group. Bunks worked great for three active kids and glad that room was separated from master where grandma and grandpa stayed. Very clean and nicely furnished. Only needed soap in the bathroom. Thanks Erika.

Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend away at this cute and comfortable condo! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is great and it was quiet at night. We can't wait to return to Grand Haven!

The location is convenient for restaurants, shops and beach. Very nice, clean and quiet property. Safe! It was a good location for our 1st time in Grand Haven to get to know the area. Check-in and out was a breeze!

Perfect for a weekend away

We didnt spend anytime here during the day, but a friendly, safe, close place to stay and a great coffee shop just steps away. Appreciated the beach chairs and small rolling cooler, as well as the trash chute just down the hall.

Perfect Getaway

Really great property for the family! The Paisley Pig is right downstairs. So is coffee! Short drive to the beach. Nicely updated with plenty of space.

Nice place!

I liked the property and the location a lot. It was less than a mile to the beach and the strip and it was surrounded by nice restaurants, a bakery , coffee shop and “sweet temptations”. The apartment is nice and has the master, bunk bed room and a pull out couch. My only complaint was the master bed is so uncomfortable and loud, it creeks and grinds with any movement, it’s very creeky and uncomfortable. I stay in hotels all the time and get a bad bed every now and then, this one is the worst. I recommend investing in a new master bed and this would be a perfect place. I still gave 5 stars because the owner was awesome to me and made the trip work out for us and the place is very cute and convenient.

Nice condo

Everything with the condo and location was wonderful. The only downfall was the parking situation. If you left and came back too early, there was no parking spots. Seemed everyone parking there was at the restaurants or shopping around the area.
