Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm per bedroom), a mezzanine with space in the living room (2 single pull-out sofa beds, convertible into 2 double beds 160 x 200 cm). Terrace and land with wood or charcoal barbecue. Parking with shelter for one car. Wood stove. Electricity by photovaltaic panels taken over by a generator. Uncontrolled running water for dishes and shower. Supply of mineral water bottles for consumption on arrival (replenishment at your expense during the stay) Only 3.5 km from Le Bourget du Lac, this detached house is set in lush greenery, surrounded by forests and meadows where sometimes a flock of sheep can come to graze. During your evenings or for your relaxation, you will enjoy the terrace offering an exceptional view of the mountains and the lake. Or, would you prefer to let yourself be rocked in the hammock under the shaded pergola ... A charming sheepfold with a view of the lake! Here you will enter the history of a family who carried out a remarkable renovation of a unique place, giving it a certain modernity and comfort, while controlling the management of water and electricity.
